They are subject to change at any time – our fee structure at the time you hire us are the fees you would be charged.
Preparation of Antenuptial / Prenuptial Agreement (representing one party only):
1. $100 Initial consultation PLUS
2. $470 for up to two hours of time spent assisting client with preparation of financial disclosure and determining or negotiating terms of Prenuptial Agreement (billed at rate of $235 per hour thereafter); PLUS
3. $1000 for the preparation of the antenuptial agreement pursuant to the terms initially identified by client; PLUS
4. $235.00 per hour for any changes to the terms of the antenuptial agreement during or after the preparation of the prenuptial agreement (after the terms are initially identified by client) client identifies the client requests or authorizes;
5. Please note, at our first consultation, you do not have to decide whether you want to retain our firm. It is a chance for you to tell us about your case, and make sure you are fully advised before you make a decision. If you know that you want to retain us, you can either pay your retainer in full when you are ready to begin, or make payments toward your retainer, but no work would commence before the retainer is paid in full. If you have any legal questions while you are working on paying your retainer in full, you would have to set up another consultation, which would cost $235.00. Our legal representation of you would begin when your fees are paid in full and both client and Virginia Cornwell have signed a fee agreement.
