Please note, at our first consultation, you do not have to decide whether you want to retain our firm. It is a chance for you to tell us about your case, and make sure you are fully advised before you make a decision. If you know that you want to retain us, you can either pay your retainer in full when you are ready to begin, or make payments toward your retainer, but no work would commence before the retainer is paid in full. If you have any legal questions while you are working on paying your retainer in full, you would have to set up another consultation, which would cost $250.00. Our legal representation of you would begin when your fees are paid in full and both client and Virginia Cornwell have signed a fee agreement.
