Virginia Cornwell has been placed on the U.S. Department of State’s list of Attorneys to whom the Department of State refers parents to when their child has been abducted to a country which is a signatory to the The Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction. Virginia Cornwell also has experience, and has had success, in securing the return of children who have been abducted to countries which are not members of the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction. She has experience working with the Department of State, local authorities, embassies and INTERPOL, as needed, to secure the return of internationally abducted children of United States citizens.
