If a father and mother agree she can leave the country for a little over a month on business, then the father gets mad because he thinks the relationship is going to change when she gets home. He goes before a judge and falsely accuses her of abandonment and gets emergency custudy because he wants to void the order that is already in the courts. Which that order mother has full costudy of the child, father has visitation and pays child support as the courts order. What does the mother have to do when she didn't do anything but try to support the family?

Should an unwed mother give the father of her child notice that she is leaving the state of Ohio to take a new job. There has been no court interferance at this time. Can get an emergency court order to stop her from leaving Ohio or can the court require her to return to the state?
