OHIO FAMILY LAW CHECKLISTS

We will update this page from time to time, with various checklists, but first thing is first.  Ohioans, give a shout out to the folks at Butler County who sat down and took what must have been weeks or months to put together a great family law resource.  I found on the Butler County Domestic Relations web site, under the forms section, dozens of valuable family law resources, including many checklists for preparing pleadings that are not a “standard” form.  Attorneys and the public can both benefit from these checklists.  While some of the checklists refer to forms that are specific to Butler County, chances are excellent that whatever county you find yourself in has a similar form.
